Pls beware of REDIFF SHOPPING.
I have ordered a shipment from rediff on 04th NOV 2014 (Order No: 10655777) and on teh enxt day, I have recieved a mail saying order is shipped via ARAMAX courier and will be delivered within 4 days. Even till 17th NOV 2014 which is 12 days, the shipment has not been received. From last 10 days I have been calling both Rediff and Aramax but there is no solution till date. They keep repeating the same story that it will be delivered but that never happens. On top of it, they blame the customer saying 'Customer' is not available where there was not even a single call about the courier or delivery.
