I have taken a two wheeler loan in Hinduja Leyland finance. The loan has been closed now and i have got the NOC. The issue is , up to 12 months , I have made the payment through RBS bank ECS. For the last 6 months i have given the HDFC cheque for the payment. In that they have again used my RBS acc for the payment in 1 or 2 months. Since i am not using that bank, and it is their mistake that even though i have given HDFC acc, they have processed in both the bank. Bcoz of that, my CIBIL score got affected. I have raised a dispute in CIBIL before 2 months. And still i didnt get any response. I am unable to process any loans further.
Please suggest me what i have to do to solve the problem.
