Dear Sir,
I have vodafone postpaid connection. Last month i applied for number port in Idea. But due to vodafone people calling me again and again for their best services i did not port out. But in this month bill they charged me Rs. 678.70 for internet uses. I have 2 GB data pack after that they charged me this amount and giving me bogus exceuses. After my lots of efforts call / emails they are not going to wayy off these charges. Pease help me
