Consumer Redressal

i draw rs.9000/ exis bank ATM Tauru on 02/10/2014. Physically cash not came but amount deducted from my a/c. I approach to customer care they lodge my complaint and told me it will take 7 working days. Till date i could not found my money back in my a/c. I approach to bank manager also they also told me to wait another 7 days. I am mentally harressed and lost my 9000/rupes also.pl advise what i have to do.
