Consumer Redressal

I have purchased HCL me V1 tablet from HCL store online on 25/02/2013. The same was delivered at my address on 26/02/2013. The tablet was not working (defective) from the very first day. I have filed a complaint on HCL toll free no. on 27/02/2013 and they described me detailed process for collecting DOA from their local service center at Vadodara, gujarat. The DOA was collected by me on 06/03/2013 and was also mailed to HCL on same day. The entire process was duly completed as per their requirements and the issue has not been yet resolved. Please help us to get new HCL V1 tablet against replacement of defective tablet.
