Consumer Redressal

I am trying to close my credit card as i am not using if for last two years.. the HDFC bank has made it so difficult to close, they don't entertain phone banking, net banking requests and they have been leiving annual charges that too before the year is complete.. If we can transact lakhs and crores of money but cannot request as simple clousre.
