Sir as i had recharged my tata docomo no. 7828189500 on 30 oct 2014 by 91 rps for 3G recharge under special category with benefit of 1 GB 3G(500MB + 500MB) data and i did not get the benefits as mentioned by the company and after that i continuously call on tata docomo custmer care and they always give me a fraud knowldege about it and they provide me a complaint no. PSMR12114942 on 7 nov. And told me that my complaint of not getting benefits on my mobile no. Will be resolved by 10 nov. 2014 but till now i did not get any benefit on my mobile no. And they had blocked my all three docomo no.from calling on custmer care.when ever i call on tata docomo custmer care from a different no. they did not give me clear response about my complaint n also block that no.Sir i am fully unsatisfied from the tata docomo telecom company and i want to register a complaint against them and i request you to plz take a necessary action on the information provided by me and suggest me what should i do?
