Consumer Redressal

I applied to shift my home loan from DHFL to HDFC Ltd. I am a Director in a Media House. When I was shooting, the HDFC Credit Officer Mr. Jay Vakaria called up in middle of hectic shoot. He said he will ask few questions & it will be quick. I told him I was busy, but he told me its for Loan sanction. So I allowed him to proceed. He made it rapid-fire question round. I dint know T&C of Loan shifting & Personal guarantor at HDFC & thought he will explain at least little & he did not. In middle he asked me about Personal guarantor. I thought he asking my brother was my Personal Guarantor at DHFL? so I said yes. I visited bank for explanation for the questions and they told me that my brother has to be my PG .They told me to write letter to remove PG clause. I wrote letters and did calls, nobody replied till long. Later, they tell me to give liquid security. Now, I dont want loan as they harass me & tell me it is all my fault not HDFC\'s. I send emails to cancel my loan but no reply again.
