Hi,
I am using the Vodafone number 7387536896 since last year with an active plan of 1299 grand with all the outgoing calls unlimited.
I called the customer care executive of the vodafone and they informed that in a rate plan Called E-Connect 3G 299 The benefits would be 600 Local+STD / Minute . So i dropped a mail to Corporate team to Change my plan and they changed my plan. Now when i am checking the details of the plan the it is showing that it is only 600 Local minutes free where as the STD calling is .50/Minute.
I have used the plan for two days and my charge has been taken. I have incurred a loss due to wrong information by the Customer care.
Please lodge a complaint against the telecom Operator Vodafone.
