I have ordered men's brown sandals(size-7) from zovi.com at paytm platform and prepaid by netbanking from my SBBJ A/C on 3rd nov 2014. But i received men's casual shoes in place of sandals. I requested zovi and paytm to reverse pick up of wrong item delivered to me and refund my money. They assured me that they will arrange the reverse pick up but after 7days they are saying to me to courier their wrong item at my own responsibility. They say that they are unable to arrange reverse pick up from my location. I requested them that i you can send wrong item at my location then how you can not arrange reverse pick up from my location. They are not refunding my money.
