I am Indrasen Dhumal from Mumbai and I saw an article @ http://articles.timesofindia.indiatimes.com/2012-12-27/mumbai/36021570_1_flat-purchaser-refund-consumer-forum, I am stuck in a similar situation where in I had booked a flat in Delhi with M/s. Landmark builders and have not been allotted flat nor being given Refund for Rs. 4,95,000/- deposited as booking amount.
Please guide me a suitable advocate in Mumbai or do tell me how do I get my money back.
