Dear Sir, My self Arvind Kumar Poddar having a reliance CDMA post paid no 9334113926 i am twelve year old customer of reliance. My privies plan is 199 and calling pack of 149 at 14.08.14 i was change my plan 299 and told customer care representative to deactivate my all privies plan my sr. No. Is 223750059 but it is activate my plan on 23.08.14 (my billing date is 22th of month) and the next month i see my bill that is 299 and 149 both plan total amount is 575 again we complain to customer care representative then he told me you deposit 575 next month 169 is settlement but i deposit 400 on due date 10.10.14 next month again i see same problem and late payment charge 100 add on my bill total amount is 706 i several time talk with customer care representative and request him to correct my bill but i got negative response.
