I ordered a samsung mobile (S4 Mini I9192) on ebay. The ordered was made on 21 October, 2014. It was shipped through Bluedart. I haven't received my mobile till today,the 14 November, 2014. I paid for it online through my UCO Bank A/c as I am a paraplegic person and can't go to the shop even on a wheel chair. The Bluedart customer care keep on saying everyday that it will delivered today (since 27 October, 2014). That was my hard earned money which I spent on it and believe me, I need to save money. If that money had stayed in my bank a/c I would have gotten interest for that period. Kindly lodge my complaint against the erring companies ebay and bluedart for the tension and harassment they have caused me for this period and more.
