Consumer Redressal

I have purchased xolo A 500 IPS phone on 18 May 2014, IMEI no.911350454732220. The phone started giving problem after 10 days, it takes more than 24 hours to charge the phone fullly.After one month its charging point was not supporting( it was not tampered) the phone to get charged again I approached service center they said they will changed the soket of charger and give the phone next day and did not give me any job card. But after 20 days when I have call them to give my phone they ask me to come and collect the phone, when I go there they demanded 600 RS from me when I asked for bill they say That if u want bill you have to pay RS 2900 otherwise they will not give phone to me.I have submitted the phone in fair condition but they had broken the soket before giving the handset to me and now according to them it is out of warranty because i am filing complaint against them. Please kindly solve my problem and get the phone replaced.
