I book sony bluetooth headphone order no (3239096908) on 17 Oct 2014 on snapdeal , product was got delivered on 20 oct 2014. i found that seal was open and there was a scratch on the box. then i saw the product reveiw on the the youtube, i came to know that charger cable was missing in the box after watching video. then i rase complain to snapdeal customer care they generate ticket id (10826880) for the pickup for second hand product and assure me that within 48 hrs product will get pick up but still till date no body has come for pickup. i call so many time to customer support for my issuse but i am getting same answer that your product will get pickup within 48 Hrs or saying that our system is under maintanance so call after 1 hour. i send so many email but i cant get single replay from there side . i had made payment through credit card with emi option please help me to get my mony back
