I had 110 rupees in my balance in my vodafone account. I sent one group sms to 29 local recipients. Immediately my balance came down to 0.90 praise. I have 27 Rs. sms pack still active. I spoke with customer care 5 different personnel. Everyone gave me different reasons. And I have given a complaint in Kellys, Chennai store. Till now I am not getting any response. In this regard how can I go for legal action.
