Dear Sir,
My Customer No is CX7352429, Distributor name Shanti Indane Gas Address: Sadh Nager, Palam colony ,New Delhi Tin No 07320284991 .
Kindly be note that we booked to refill cylinder and today 13 Nov. 14 the delivery person delivered the cylinder to us without weight check. When we ask him to check the weight of cylinder he refuse to do.
In addition, he immediately delivered the cylinder and go back. When we check the weight by our self through local shopkeeper shop weight scale machine , we found that total weight of Cylinder is only 25KG . its mean 7KG Gas less than the actual weight.
Also we call two time to customer compliance no 18002333 555 both time they cut call before complete my complain.
We always found such kindly of cheating happen in every second house.
