sir i was shop mobile in online ebay india website , aftr deduct my payment i get message after two days at 23-10-2014 due to some resoan they are not sending mobile and full amount will refund with in 3 working days , but todays is 13-11-2014 my refund is not get ,between this time i contact so many times ebay coustmer care and also send mail with my bank statment who using at that tranction , they are told me they are refund and you will get with in 48 hours , all the time they are given like this information ,and last they give arn number and told me contact my bank , than i was contact my bank also and give arn number for tracking my payment , but still today my refund is not receive and nobady give correct information , kindly help me to get my money , i hope and i wiash i get my money as soon as possible thanks
