I ordered for pair of footwear worth INR 499 on Liberty online (http://www.libertyshoesonline.com/) Store and made payment by netbanking on 6 october 2014. It is more then a one month and i have not receiver my order. I have called in on their customer care number several times and they say that it will be dispatched next day... but i have not received it. My order Number is 2000003259. Please help
