I ordered Avon Magic Spin Mop Order #611728792. The delivered item supposed to contain a stainless steel basket but the mentioned item was not in the delivered products.
I requested Paytm at the same day (11/10/2014) to send me the missing item with ticket number 103145533 but even after more than one month I did not receive any response from the Paytm.
