hello sir,
I have purchased a jacket from shopclues but they send me a wrong product & the fabric of this product is of worst quality it seems like used item. i requested shopclues to return my order. They said you may dispatch the product through any courier and send the scan copy of courier to us . Once we will receive the product at our warehouse we will process the refund of the product amount not courier amount. After that I send a scan copy of courier receipt through mail. But they have not accepted my product so what can I do for that? plz give suggestion to take appropriate action on it.
