I wanted to return the mobile charger purchased from snapdeal.com because that charger is not working.i requested snapdeal to return my order after 3 days but snapdeal send me a mail stating that its been more than 7 days i received my order so my order can not be returned. After that i send snapdeal the invoice copy of my order which is clearly proving that only 3 days were passed when i informed snapdeal about that faulty product. But they have not replied so far.
