I had raised a request to shift the land line mobile from Vikhroli East Sub Station to Kalamboli/Kamothe Sub station 3 years back as my family was shifting to the later. we were told that this connection would be established from the substation to our residence with in 3 month. But even after 3 year after the request, the connection is not yet established and we are facing a lot of problem even after approaching the staff here and complaining for times unknown. Nothing is clear with the officer and staff working in the substation here in Kalamboli. Please can you let us know on a date when this will be provided.
