I am a vodafone user of West Bengal.
and my number is 9614894730.
Today vodafone company stolen my balance from my account balance with out any message or any notice. When I creat a contact with their customer service
They told me that I have download a softwear.But I donot download any softwear or donot dowload any chargeable things.. But balance being deducted. And they do not refund my balance.
so my request to you that please help me to refund my balance.
