I had purchased a mobile mobile phone for Rs.21362 from EBAY. After some time I observed that some features were not functioning. I contacted EBAY but they told me that EBAY guaranty was only for one month and asked me to contact seller. I contacted the seller many times but everytimes they told me to again email the issues. I have mailed them many times and the seller warranty is also going to expire in a month. Kindly advice me what I can do.
