Consumer Redressal

I registered for my new born baby's Stem Cell banking with CordLife Sciences India Pvt. Ltd. on September 6th 2014.During registration I mentioned name of hospital,Fortis Bangalore,where my wife was going for check-ups but by mid of September I changed hospital to Cloud9 hospital Old Airport Road Bangalore.I informed the same to Cordlife on 17th September through email and phone call.At the time of delivery on 29th October 2014, I get a call from Soraisam Robindro that they cannot come to collect the cord cell as the hospital (Cloud9) will charge Rs 25,000 from them and he was not aware that I have changed the hospital and I should have informed him.He demanded Rs. 15,000 from me which I denied as there was no clause of document to prove that they will charge extra for change of hospitals.People should come to know about this episode so that they can never be approached for stem cell banking.They should not be trusted at all in future & should give me compensation for this.
