Consumer Redressal

After so much of awareness that service charge is not to be applied, we pay it. I had dinner at Chilis, Elante Mall, Chandigarh on 11 Nov and was levied a service charge of 35 Rs on a bill of 350/-> Apart from it I paid Tax of 62.78/- + Vat (12.5%) - 43.75/- , Sr. Tax (4.94%) - 19.04/- . I asked the manager why they are still taking service charge from us and he said they have received no notification for not charging service charge yet. Kindly look into the matter and help
