Consumer Redressal

I had resigned my job from Chowel India Pvt Ltd on 22nd march they told that i can clear my PF after 2 months so i waited, after 2 months when i ask for claim they told still company have not paid the PF to government so wait for some days company will pay it soon, every month when i am asking they say the same story and i heard that they have given some bribe to the PF officials for not to take any action for not paying PF, so now almost 7 months have passed away i am still waiting and added to this now i am unemployed how can i run my family. Sir please take any action regarding this please people like me are starwing due to companies like this they have no fear of government rules they think that they can pay bribe and escape especially the Korean companies because i had worked there for 7 years i know about the company very well.
