This is regarding the Order no: 6324190 from http://www.shoppersstop.com/ on 26th October 2014 and full payment made online. I have received the product through courier on 2nd Nov 2014. But wrong item delivered.
The item ordered was Samsonite Wallet - Black Wave Trifold costing Rs 1799 which consist of 6 Credit Card Pocket & 1 Coin pocket but I have received Samsonite Wallet costing Rs 1490 BW Coin Passcase consist of 3 Credit Card Pocket & 1 Coin pocket.
The product delivered was without box, price tag and also the product wasn't packed properly.
After complaint reverse pick done on 6th Nov and assurance was given that genuine product will be provided but now no response.
I am continuously mailing on estore@shoppersstop.com, onlineescalation@shoppersstop.com, customercare@shoppersstop.com and contacting customer care on 1800 209 6648 but none is able to confirm about the status and delivery. They are saying that till now courier didn't reached warehouse.
