I am hathway subscriber having card no. 000058616723.I am currently using the package of Rs.230/- & paying Rs 270/-per monthincluding tax. My Local Cable Operatoris not providing me proper receipt for the amount paid by me.I had duely applied for change to ALA-CARTA only mode as per their declaration nearly a month back which was refused by LCO and further in r/o the above and on my refusal to pay without receipt my cable connection has been disconnected without any notice. i conveyed the same to the hathway helpline twice but they refused to register my complaint and suggested me to pay the bill and contact LCO for resuming the service.the LCO,Sh.Subrato Biswas also misbehaved and misleaded over phone. i am extremely agrieved. please look into the matter.
