That I purchased Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo Mobile from PAYTM ONLINE SHOPPING SITE, vide Invoice dated 03/10/2014. That the mobile was delivered to me on dated 06/10/2014. That when I used the mobile i found that mobile is faulty.That when I ordered the said mobile it is declared on the PAYTM site that "We will gladly accept returns for any reason within 15 days of receipt of delivery." therefore as per return policy of PAYTM,I within 15 days applied online to PAYTM for return of the Mobile and refund of money.PAYTM replied me and instructed me to contact and sent the mobile to SELLER MANIAC, at GandhiNagar, Gujrat,accordingly on dated 27/10/2014 I sent the mobile to MANIAC through courier. I contacted the MANIAC they telling me that they cant take mobile return after 7 days of receipt of delivery, thereafter I again contacted the PAYTM but now PAYTM against its return policy telling me that elect. product is having 7 day return policy and not ready to refund, i m harrased.
