Dear Sir,
I booked a product on 1st Oct'14. But till date product not received. Every time I talk to their customer care executive they told me that you will received your product soon. But already 1.5 months passed but still now no positive feed back comes from their side.
They also unable to provide me the courier tracking no. on which they delivered the product. Now I'm in a great confusion that whether they actually deliver my product or not ?
I need your help in this matter.
