Our Vodafone mobile no 9836107108 had a credit limit of Rs 1500/-. Being corporate connection no service can be activated without written request. We received a SMS stating that 3G internet has started. Subsequently we called up Vodafone to enquire and asked them to stop the internet services. We were billed for about 1.18 GB internet usage and were billed for an excess amount of Rs 5300/- approx. much above our credit limit. Our request to Vodafone and our relationship manager to check this was not responded properly. We fail to understand how we were billed for a service we had not requested and that too for an amount much more than our credit limit.
