Our connection is a corporate connection. Without written application no service is activated. We received a SMS stating that 3G internet has started without our giving any application. Within a short period of 4-5 days we were billed for more than 1 GB internet usage which we had not used and billed us about Rs 5700. We asked the company, Vodafone to show proof of our application for start of 3G internet but no response from them. They have stopped outgoing services. Kindly help us.
