Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, This is with regard to my investment as a FDR in Plethico Pharmaceuticals Limited in the name of my wife Mrs. Megha Aggarwal FDR no. is 26530 Principal Amount Rs. 25,000.00 This fixed deposit was renewed for a period of one year from dated 20-05-2013 till 19-05-2014 and is set to be matured on dated 19-05-2014 alongwith Interest till date. I've submitted original FDR duly discharged through Bajaj Capital, Connaught Place New Delhi for repayment with interest thereon on dated 22-05-2014, but I'm not in receipt of any repayment or communication from the company till now. I also came to know by various mediums that the Company has defaulted on the repayment of Principal and Interest since 2013. I request you to take this matter with the Company and get the refund of money of small investors like me. Best regards, Sunil Aggarwal
