I have ordered for 2 dress materials on october 6, 2014. The order number is 4288757. The tracking id is 104140579.
The other order number for 2 dress materials is 4331531 which were placed on 16/10/2014.but till now I did not receive the dress materials. I have called the customer care many times and there are not taking any action. No reply to the emails.
The customer care officer has informed that the manager will give a call back but did not call till now and initiative is taken by them.
