I purchased laptop battery from amazon, first it was not as per discription.
after using it , my laptop was damaged and it gave me nightmares, thats due to those faulty battery.
i initiate the return after that but sorry to say but Amazon in india has not the same gesture as it is in Uk and US.
Still after 1 month i havent received any refund and once talk to custmore care they seems to be in some other world.
They have no detail about it. and shamelessly they say do what you can do. They are only responsible for my damage.
I seek full refund and damage .
