To whoever it may concern,
I had bought a dinner set from snapdeal.com. they sent me a set with broken plates. they are not responding to my complaints. Their complaint redressal forum is also faulty and is an eye wash. plus the 24x7 customer care number provided in the website is not valid. please help me.
