Consumer Redressal

I purchased 2 hiba sarees from the site www.homeshop18.Com and paid cash on delivery but the sarees was not to such quality that I was expecting. So I returned both the sarees and their customer executive told me I will get the refund. They had given me only one order no.954655507 for the two sarees.now they are telling me they have received only one saree but I told them that I have returned both the sarees. Their executive keeps on telling me that don't worry you will get the refund for the both sarees.but now they are telling me to prove that I have returned both the sarees. Please look over my matter as I am facing this harassment for last almost 1 month.
