Tata Docomo not refunding security deposit money despite mobile line (post paid) being disconnected on 26/7/14.After query they said that deposit money had been adjusted with Sept\'14 bill.How it is possible where no line exists ,no calls made still service provider showing ghost bill.kindly look into this complain.Related telephone no is 9231829669.
