Consumer Redressal

i order mobile handset on date 29/10/2014, i was suppose to get it on date 3/11/2014, which i already paid to flipkart on the date 29th i ordered another handset to the same, by cash on delivery which i asked to flipkart to deliver at assam to my brother, he got the handset within two days but still i havent got mine even though i paid for it residing in pune i was supposed to get handset earlyer, but its not happened, i want to complaint about this and also i want compensation from flipkart as they are commited false to me that i will get my handset on 3rd but now when i asked to CC they told me that i will get my hand set by 7th, this is totally cheating by flipkart, i request to plz look in to the matter seriousely.
