My name is Nandesh Zutshi and I bought a flat in Gurgaon and we bought it through UNICON real estate.They gave me a 1 % credit note as discount and mentioned that this 1% amount ( Rs 35ooo) will be paid within few months.Its more than a year now and I have been trying to get my money and they keep on ignoring my mails and calls. Its more than a year that I have been calling them and they keep on saying “ they working on it”
I wanted to take this legally now, can you please let me know the process and how I should proceed.
