Consumer Redressal

I had taken two consumer durables loan from Capital First in the month of June 2014. When the EMI was supposed to start, I was told the ECS form has been rejected and I will have to pay cash. Even after me giving them a fresh set of forms, they continue to collect cash stating the same reason. Calls after calls from their legal department and confirmation that the issue has been sorted out and the next month it will be direct debit from bank, I still continue to get calls for cash collection from them. I even asked one of their collection agent and his supervisor to write a note to me that the next month collection from them will be thru ECS but to no avail. On top of that, their legal supervisor Vamsi Reddy calls to threaten as if this is some kind of joke. I need help in taking action against Capital first to use arm twisting techniques and for misguiding and misleading their consumers in the most unethical way.
