Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir HDFC Bank has hold my all balance amount. I have called to your customer care and from there I come to know it has due to non payment of credit card. I have complained to HDFC Bank on the February 4, 2014, some unauthorised transaction which I have not done (Amount 79878.00) and not received any SMS alart from Bank and I have complained the same to Kolkata Plice on February 7, 2014 and the scan copy of the same has a send to you on February 8,2014. I would request you kindly look in to the matter at the earliest and early responds will be highly appreciated. The mail details are forwarded with this mail.
