Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Please note that I have ordered one pair heel from factoryrush .com(my order no : #64040) but due to size mismatch I placed a request for exchange through mail(support@factoryrush.com -they don’t have any contact number)………on regular basis I am sending them mails but no response. It is a bitter experience shopping with factoryrush . Please someone help me to exchange my product with right size.
