Consumer Redressal

Owner dectucted 26000 from security deposit at the time of vacating the house by making false excuses and lies. My husband went to nearby policestation for filing the FIR against her but they didn\'t take any action. Now my only hope is consumerredressal and consumer forum. We want to get our right amount back by sending any legal notice to owner or by taking any legal action.
