I have applied for my PF in the month of Feb 2014. I left the organization Feb 2013. PF form was submitted in our gurgaon office. after 3 months when I called the HR manager that my pf not released he replied that there is some due around Rs 1393 you have to pay to company by check & I made a cheque for the same amount and cheque get cleared in the month of August 2014 still my PF is not released I called HR Mr Kumar Gaurav more than 50 times and mails also but no action being taken it is totally harassment of employees. If a employee can not use his EPF at time of need then what is the use of it. I am in urgent need of mony due to the illness of my wife and the hr Mr Kumar Gaurav has mentally harassed me. kindly take the needful action. thanks
