Consumer Redressal

Hello Sir, I bought a peice of pukhraj from Mr. Rajender Jain of Chandra Nagar almost about a year ago. Since I was living on rent in his house and he is dealing with gems and doing its buisiness, i thought it is best to buy it from him. I bought this after i left the house and shifted to Benad Road. I asked him and he gve me a pukhraj demanding Rs. 4500/-. Since he was known, he did not give me a bill nor a receipt. The pukhraj was very degraded in quality and so i asked him to take it back and return me money. He took it back saying that it would take sometime to return the money since he would have to sell it to some other person and it would take time. I agreed. I gave him the pukhraj back and since then i hvae been calling him again and again...Most of the times he says he is in Chandigarh or out of Jaipur for business purpose. I cannot really visit his place daily as i have my own work to do and my place is far away from his place. Sir, it has been almost 1 year, he says he will give it...wait for sometime. I asked him that he can waive of 1000 rs since i returned it, but give me the rest amount, but he is notorious and most of the times now he does not pick calls and today, he 02/11/2014, i called him at 10:19, he switched off his phone. Sir, m a simple and straight man, since i have lived in his house and consider him a good man, i did not complain it to police. But i really want my money back..4500 means a lot to me, and above all, such people should get punished, they just cannot take my money like this. Hence, i request u to take some action in this regard and help me get my money back. Thanks so much.. mukesh sharma
