Consumer Redressal

We have ordered for tassar art silk saree from vardhaman goodwill with order number-00137454.but the parcel which we recieved was not according to our order. We called them back same day these sarees are not according to our order. They assured us of supplying correct order within 24 hrs. But after calling even after 3-4 times they have not given any response. At that time when the order was placed it was our need.we have suffered so much mentally harassment. Now we dont need these sarees. And we want our money to be refunded. Because 20 days have also passed.
