i PURCHASED A MOBILE FROM FLIPKART VIDE Order ID: OD000942767522520300 dated 06.10.2014 and got the product vide invoice No BLR_WFLD20141000535547 dated 07.10.2014. The product (Sony Xperia ZR mobile hand set)supplied was out of warranty when checked with the OEM ie Sony India. Flipkart had promised that they supply 100% genuine products and with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Since the product received to me is out of warranty it seems that it is a fake one. More over flipkart have rejected my return request without citing any reasons. This is fit case to be booked for fraud. Please help
